기기에서 처리되는 정보

기울기와 방향

기기의 중력 방향과 가속도를 사용해 모래의 움직임, 뒤집기와 화면의 읽기 방향을 결정합니다. 원시 센서 기록을 별도로 저장하거나 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 탁상 모드에서도 글자 방향을 맞추기 위한 감지는 계속되지만, 백그라운드에서는 움직임 업데이트를 중단합니다.

앱 설정과 타이머 상태

언어, 기울기 연동, 소리, 햅틱, 화면 켜두기, 알림과 실시간 현황 선택을 기기에 저장합니다. 타이머 상태를 복원하기 위한 진행 정보·저장 시각과 완료 횟수도 기기에 저장하며 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 별도의 앱 계정이나 자체 기기 간 동기화는 없습니다.

iOS 백업과 삭제

기기에 저장된 앱 데이터는 사용자의 iOS 설정에 따라 iCloud 또는 컴퓨터 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱이 자체 서버에 백업을 만드는 것은 아닙니다. 앱을 삭제하면 해당 기기의 앱 데이터가 삭제되지만, 기존 백업은 별도로 관리해야 합니다. ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터를 남길 수 있으므로 삭제와 다릅니다. Apple 백업 안내를 참고하세요.

알림과 권한

완료 알림을 켜면 iOS 알림 권한을 요청합니다. 알림은 기기에 예약하는 로컬 알림이며 원격 푸시 서버를 사용하지 않습니다. 앱 설정과 iOS 알림 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 소리와 햅틱 선택도 기기에 저장됩니다.

실시간 현황

실시간 현황을 켜면 타이머의 남은 시간, 진행 상태와 언어를 iOS ActivityKit에 전달해 잠금 화면과 지원 기기의 Dynamic Island에 표시합니다. 앱과 위젯 확장은 같은 타이머 정보를 사용하며, 일시 정지·재개·종료 조작을 앱에 반영합니다. 개발자 서버로 전송하거나 원격 푸시 서버를 사용하지 않습니다. 앱 설정에서 표시를 끌 수 있으며 iOS의 허용 상태를 따릅니다.

계정·광고·분석

앱에 계정 가입, 광고, 광고 식별자 사용 또는 분석·추적 SDK가 없습니다. 앱의 핵심 기능은 인터넷 연결 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.

지원 페이지와 이메일 문의

설정에서 지원·개인정보 링크를 열면 웹사이트에 접속합니다. 이메일로 문의하면 사용자가 직접 포함한 이메일 주소와 메시지가 devbylabs에 전달되어 문의에 답변하고 문제를 확인하는 데 사용됩니다. 이는 앱이 타이머나 센서 데이터를 자동 전송하는 것과는 별개입니다. 비밀번호나 Apple 계정 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.

Information processed on your device

Motion and orientation

Gravity and acceleration guide the sand, detect flips, and set the reading direction. Raw sensor history is not separately stored or sent to a developer server. Desk mode still reads orientation for the interface. Motion updates stop in the background.

Preferences and timer state

The app stores language, motion mode, sound, haptics, screen-awake, notification and Live Activity choices, timer progress, its saved time, and completed-session counts on your device. These are not sent to a developer server. There is no app account or app-managed cross-device sync.

iOS backups and deletion

Locally stored app data may be included in iCloud or computer backups according to your iOS backup settings. The app does not create backups on a developer server. Deleting the app removes its app data from that device; existing backups are managed separately. Offloading can retain data and is different from deletion. See Apple’s backup information.

Notifications and permissions

Turning on completion notifications requests iOS notification permission. Notifications are scheduled locally without a remote push server. You can disable them in the app or iOS settings. Sound and haptic choices are also stored on your device.

Live Activities

When enabled, the app provides the timer's remaining time, status, and language to iOS ActivityKit for display on the Lock Screen and supported Dynamic Island models. The app and widget extension use the same timer information; pause, resume, and end controls update the app's timer. This does not send the information to a developer server or use remote push. You can turn off the display in the app, and it follows iOS authorization.

Accounts, ads, and analytics

The app has no account registration, ads, advertising-identifier use, or analytics/tracking SDK. Its core hourglass features work without an internet connection.

Support pages and email

Opening a support or privacy link in Settings connects to the website. If you email devbylabs, the address and message you choose to include are received so we can reply and investigate the issue. This is separate from automatic transmission of timer or sensor data, which the app does not perform. Do not send passwords or Apple Account verification codes.
